This Returns & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through the online shop Dsigns Dgital, operated by Dgital Dsigns.
Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
2. Digital products (downloads)
Digital products are provided as downloadable files immediately after successful payment.
โ No right of withdrawal
By purchasing a digital product, you expressly agree that:
- the download begins immediately after payment, and
- the right of withdrawal expires once the download has started.
Therefore, digital products are non-refundable.
3. Handmade physical products
Handmade products are created individually or in small quantities.
โ No standard right of return
Due to their handmade and often customized nature, returns or refunds are not possible unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.
โ Damaged or defective items
If your handmade product arrives damaged or defective:
- please contact me within 7 days of delivery
- include a description and clear photos of the issue
If the claim is justified, a replacement or refund will be offered.
4. Services
Services (such as design work, document editing, creative painting or renovation, organizing spaces-related services) are provided based on individual agreement.

โ No refunds
Once work on a service has begun, refunds are not possible.
If a service has not yet started, cancellation may be possible by individual agreement.
5. External / third-party products
Some products or services may be offered via external platforms (such as Amazon).
In such cases:
- purchases are subject to the return and refund policies of the respective third-party provider
- Dgital Dsigns has no control over their refund processes
